KAIROS CONSULT LIMITED has a board which provides strategic leadership and guidance to its activities and various professional associates in different fields who are called upon to support specific assignments. The Consultants have provided services to Government Agencies, Non-Government Organizations, Microfinance Institutions and Savings Credit and Co-operatives, Private Sector Entities, Civil Society Organizations, and trainings to groups of professionals from different walks of life.
The Consultants also have experience in working with International Organizations. With a firm complement of professionals and consultants we have provided quality services related to socio-economic development, monitoring and assessment, Governance and Leadership training, Board Evaluations, Coaching of Executives, specialized research, and institutional building. Our focus is on our clients for whom we provide a wide range of industrial focused solutions tailored to best practice and needs of the day.
Our firm was motivated by evidence of prevailing vast and complex technical needs amongst institutions in Government, Non-Governmental and Private sector institutions and individuals working in these organizations. Our key motivator in registering this firm was the fact that many Consultancy firms are given assignments and do not deliver qualitatively and in a timely manner. We wish to change that. To this end, we have highly specialized Consultants in their field of competence who deliver with precision.

Spent 15 years as Regional Director at Stromme Foundation, with membership of the global senior leadership team. Driving force behind interventions to lift people out of poverty across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan and formerly Rwanda and Sudan. Built a dynamic, results-based team of staff in Stromme Foundation and board for Stromme Microfinance (now SOLUTI Finance EA Ltd).

An agricultural economist with 32 years’ experience in program/project development, planning, management, agribusiness, microfinance, monitoring and evaluation.
Worked with public and private institutions. He has designed and coordinated evaluations, coordinated capacity building in evaluation, conducted training in: microfinance; monitoring; evaluation; finance and management. He has developed projects and conducted monitoring and evaluation assignments on various projects.
